  A "Small-Sized Headlight Kit" developed for installation onto motorcycles equipped with our 27mm Upright Front Fork Kit This small-sized multi reflector headlight, though small in size, has an exceptional light distribution ability and markedly improves viewability at night. You can derive the pleasure from the new vehicle styling: small and round shape of the 130mm diameter headlight.
A super white halogen bulb (12V 30/30W) is supplied in the Kit as a headlight bulb.
Turn-signal stays and a silver alumite-treated aluminum headlight stay are supplied in the Kit, with which the stock turn signals can be installed. The space needed for mounting the headlight: 128mm (lens diameter: about 110mm)
This Headlight Kit is for exclusive use with our 27mm upright front forks. Thus, this Kit cannot be used with stock front forks or any other front forks.
With the change of the headlight, accordingly the main switch, speedometer and indicator need to be changed.

  We are launching a new product of "12-Inch Wide Aluminum Wheel" which can be installed onto a stock wheel hub as it is on the 12V Dax 50.
Because of the silver-alumite treated, wide aluminum wheel set, the suspension of the Dax 50 looks beautiful.
The different rim width from the normal wheels makes the entire motorcycle look voluminous, which heightens the custom image of the Dax 50. (Rim width (inch): front 3.4, rear 3.7)

  A "D-style muffler" is making its debut, on to which a stock muffler protector as it is can be installed and which can maintain a stock styling of Dax 50.
This muffler is designed to maintain the stock styling of Dax 50 and to improve the exhaust efficiency at the same time.
Thus, it is possible to increase the power output even at high-rotary area on the stock 50cc motorcycle.
This muffler produces undertone, smooth and quite sound.
The muffler is made of rust-proof stainless steel all over. The muffler, being buffed at its end. is beautifully finished.

  This is a ceramic-coated all-aluminum V cylinder, designed exclusively for use in 88cc machines and superior in durability, air tightness and heat radiation. As this kit is designed exclusively for 88cc machines, you can install it with great ease and without the need of time-consuming processing and splitting. Kits come in 3 kinds "88cc S Stage", which is easy to install and recommended for street use. "88cc R Stage+D", which has a standard-styling cylinder head with enlarged valve diameter and a built-in automatic decompression function. NEW Battery-Operated Compact LCD A/F Meter
(Using external power supply, and backlighting available)

Making debut is a battery-operated, in addition to being compact, A/F meter.
This meter is operated by a built-in battery and displays the air-fuel ratio in figures. An on-off switch is available.
Moreover, white LED backlight comes on when the meter is connected to external power supply.
This meter can be used in a wide range of motorcycles to meet each riding pleasure from racing motorcycles without DC power to battery-less motorcycles and to battery-operated motorcycles.
With the help of a sensor installed in the exhaust pipe, the air-fuel ratio is displayed in digital form. 
This ratio can be utilized as a guidance for carburetor setting.
Before using this meter, it is necessary to weld the supplied sensor boss to the exhaust pipe.

We are launching Complete Engine, comprising either a Super Head+R or a Twin Spark Super Head+R, both with automatic decompression mechanism.
As the cylinder head is incorporated with automatic decompression mechanism, you can start the engine with light kicking without placing a load on the transmission or kickshaft, even if the engine is highly-compressed or high powered.

  Features of TAKEGAWA's own Complete Engine
Original crankcase : This crankcase, developed for exclusive use with the Complete Engine, is designed to have more bolts on the crankcase and have higher rigidity around the bearing than the stock crankcase. Furthermore, the characteristics of this crankcase is that, apart from the oil line, we have created an oil jet passage which at all times sprays engine oil direct
to the small end of connecting rod and to the back of the piston, working to lubricate and cool the engine oil.
Super Head+R or Twin Spark Super Head+R, developed for exclusive use with Complete Engine, is used. : This Super Head+R differs from the conventional Super Head+R in cylinder stud bolt pitch and valve diameter.
Because decompression mechanism is incorporated into the camshaft, just a light kicking gets even a highly-compressed or a large displacement engine started without placing a load on the transmission or kickshaft.
As this cylinder head is for exclusive use with the Complete Engine, this product differs from the one supplied in our kits in the valve diameter and stud pitch. Valve diameter (mm): IN 30, EX 24.5
Modification of oil pump: We have changed the pump driving system from the conventional cam chain driving to crankshaft direct driving. This change has increased the discharging amount of engine oil.
Die-hardα cam chain : This product comes, as standard equipment, with a top-of-the-line cam chain with the nickel-coated thick plate and solid bush during Die Hardαtreatment.
A left-side crank case cover is supplied as standard equipment: As a special crankcase is used, the original left-side crank case cover is supplied as standard equipment.
The three-point-support crankshaft needs a die-cast aluminum generator cover supplied with a bearing.
Strengthened journal of the long-stroke crankshaft We have changed the bearing with the special one, keeping the external diameter of the journal bearing on the long-stroke crankshaft unchanged but enlarging its inner diameter so that the crankshaft suits the high-powered engine.
We have re-designed the shaft diameter of the journal, where stress from the crankshaft is apt to build up, to be 22mm from 20mm. Thus, we have further improved the strength of the journal through the synergy effect of the bearing and journal

As standard equipment, our own original clutch is supplied to avoid the clutch slippage and load on the crankshaft which come from the high-powered engine.
As a standard equipment, either a wet-type "Special Clutch Kit" or a "Dry-Type Clutch Kit" is supplied .
At the time you purchase the Complete Engine, you can choose either of the following clutches at your option : An aluminum or a magnesium (in two colors) Special Clutch, and a wire-type or a hydraulic Dry-Type. Clutch.
To ensure maximum performance of the Complete Engine, a Carburetor Kit and a muffler are additionally needed.
An Oil Cooler Kit needs to be installed at the same time, because the oil temperature will go up on account of the increased engine power.
As we operate on a build-to-order system, the shipment time will be about one to 1.5 months after receiving your firm order.
Though we are ready to accept a change, but a slight one, in the required specifications, we will submit the revised quotation separately.
Expenses of inspection or repair shall be at buyer's expenses.
As this Kit is intended for use in a closed course competition only, please do not drive on a public road after the installation of this product onto your motorcycle

Street Back-Step, Rear-Disk Brake Kit (Hydraulic)

  NOW on sale is a Street Back Step Kit (UP: 0 mm, BACK: 130 mm),quite popular with the street use, coming with a hydraulic rear disk brake
  Details of the back step
As this product is designed for street driving, the steps are positioned 130 mm backwards away from the stock steps but at the same height, to avoid the droopy driving posture. A stock stop lamp switch is available, because this product is basically developed for street driving.
The footrest is deposited with rubber and transfer-moulded (or, thermoformed), both of which work so the steps are vibration-proof and slip-resistant.
On the moving part of the change pedal, we have used dry bearings to enhance the operationality at the time of gear shift.
The back steps themselves, made of billet aluminum and silver-alumite treated, are beautifully finished.
  Details of the rear disk brake (Hydraulic)
The rear caliper bracket, made of billet aluminum and silver-alumite treated is a rigid mounting type.
The rear disk wheel hub is made of billet aluminum and black-alumite treated, and the installed disk rotor is made of stainless steel.
A stainless blade brake hose, reservoir and oil hose are supplied.
To install this Kit, it is also necessary to install our 10inch aluminum wheels and a 16cm-long swing arm at the same time.
As the type of the rear wheel is designated, it is important that, before purchasing the rear wheel, you check whether the current rear wheel meets the designated specifications.

NEW C-Type Street Speedometer Kit for Super Cub 50 and Little Cub
(white-ribbon type in a limited quantity)
Also installable on the fuel injection system motorcycle of the

You have only to change the stock meter with this one!! The speed of 0 to 120 km/hour is displayed.
An odometer and at-night translucent bulb lighting function are incorporated into this meter as well. 
This product can be used on both 6V and 12V motorcycles, for both 6V and 12V bulbs are supplied in the Kit.
The 12V bulb is factory-installed.
